Job title: Director of Brand Strategy and Commercial Integration – Patient Support Services, Rare Hem and OncologyLocation: Cambridge, MA About the Job Sanofi Rare Hem and Oncology Patient and Provider program offers a comprehensive set of services that support patients, their caregivers, and healthcare providers. The Program provides support to patients on product education, access to therapy. The Program's operations team provides support to healthcare providers by helping their patient's access therapy as quickly as possible. The Brand Strategy & Commercial Integration Lead serves as the strategic partner to commercial brand teams, architecting the integration of patient services into commercial strategy and execution. This role leads annual brand planning, customer insights strategy, and brand messaging while ensuring patient support programs drive measurable business outcomes across the rare hematology and oncology portfolio.This individual serves as the primary point of contact to Brand Leadership, owns the annual brand planning cycle for patient support programs, leads commercial messaging strategy across all touchpoints, and drives Plan of Action (POA) planning to ensure cross-functional alignment. This role requires a strategic leader with deep commercial acumen, brand marketing expertise, and the ability to translate patient support program capabilities into compelling brand value propositions that drive measurable business results.Serve as the strategic partner to commercial brand teams, architecting the integration of patient services into commercial strategy and execution.
