Overview
In this role, you will lead Market Access strategy and launch readiness for late-stage Solid Tumor Prostate assets, while embedding Precision Medicine access capabilities across brand teams. You will partner with Global MA, NPBD, and Medical Affairs to shape access, testing, reimbursement, and customer requirements for precision medicine assets. You will also manage cross-functional launch readiness and budget delivery to ensure successful asset introductions. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced oncology landscape.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary Market Access partner to the PS&E Precision Medicine team
• Embed PM Market Access capabilities and best practices across brand-aligned MA teams
• Develop and evolve patient-facing resources and engagement strategies for biomarker testing access, coverage, reimbursement, and patient identification barriers
• Translate payer, provider, laboratory benefit manager, and testing-market dynamics into actionable strategies
• Collaborate with Global MA, NPBD, Medical Affairs, V&E, Commercial, and Brand teams to define MA requirements for pipeline assets with PM components
• Ensure access, evidence, testing, and customer perspectives are integrated into development and commercialization plans for future launches
• Lead MA strategy, go-to-market planning, and launch readiness for late-stage Solid Tumor Prostate assets
• Bridge NPBD and inline VAP teams to ensure smooth transition from development to launch
• Represent MA strategy in launch readiness and commercialization governance forums
• Anticipate and address evolving payer, provider, pathway, reimbursement, and biomarker-testing dynamics to optimize launch success
• Manage key agency partnerships and budgets to deliver high-quality execution
Key requirements
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical device, or related healthcare industries with substantial MA experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. payer, provider, and reimbursement dynamics
• Proven ability to influence and lead across complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Oncology experience required
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
