• Lead Market Access readiness and execution for new Hematology products, indication expansions, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Establish launch access objectives, pricing and contracting posture, evidence needs, customer-engagement priorities, field readiness requirements, access measures, and escalation processes.
• Ensure access considerations are incorporated into brand planning, Integrated Brand Teams, launch-readiness reviews, annual planning, long-range planning, and executive governance.
• Guide access planning for oral oncology, medical-benefit, buy-and-bill, specialty, and rare-disease products, as applicable to the portfolio.
• Monitor coverage, medical and pharmacy policies, utilization management, reimbursement, account activation, channel performance, and emerging access barriers.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of significant payer, channel, reimbursement, policy, or operational access issues.
• Incorporate customer and field insights into launch planning and post-launch strategy refinement.

Pricing, Contracting, and Financial Planning
• Lead the development and evolution of payer, PBM, GPO, Federal, and community oncology contracting strategies across the Hematology portfolio.
• Guide traditional rebate, value-based agreement, innovative contracting, and GPO contracting approaches based on current and anticipated market conditions.
• Lead the Market Access contribution to annual Plan, latest best estimate, long-range planning, forecasting, and resource-allocation processes.
• Assess the access, financial, and government-pricing implications of major strategic and contracting decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Pricing, Contracting, Trade, Legal, Policy, and Market Access leadership to frame options, risks, sensitivities, and recommendations.
• Ensure contracting and financial assumptions reflect customer insights, field intelligence, account performance, policy developments, and competitive dynamics.
• Establish effective governance, performance measures, and escalation pathways for major contracting and access investments.

Customer and Field Strategy

• Communicate portfolio strategy, marketplace developments, performance, risks, and required actions to field and leadership audiences.

Enterprise and Alliance Leadership

• Represent Market Access in Integrated Brand Teams, pipeline teams, strategic planning forums, and executive decision-making processes.
• Align Brand, Market Access, Field, Finance, Medical, HEOR, Trade, Legal, Regulatory, Patient Services, Policy, and Government Affairs stakeholders around shared access priorities.
• Establish clear governance, ownership, decision rights, milestones, performance measures, and escalation pathways for priority workstreams.
• Provide concise recommendations that clarify strategic choices, access implications, financial impact, risks, and required decisions.
• Lead Market Access collaboration with external alliance and co-commercialization partners, where applicable.
• Connect Hematology priorities with broader Oncology and U.S. Market Access strategies, capabilities, and operating standards.
