Global Oncology Marketing Director
The position will be based in Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA.
Responsibilities
• Lead the commercial strategy development for the sac‑TMT launch indications in breast, focusing on TF‑10 and TF‑11 trials; develop indication‑level Level 3 marketing strategy deliverables, scientific narrative, nurse/care team strategies, and maintain consistency with the overarching sac‑TMT asset strategy.
• Manage market research, insights from sales and marketing (SL) and other related insight‑gathering needs for initial launch indications.
• Coordinate with the precision medicine team on biomarker strategies related to initial launch indications.
• Plan and execute the initial launch strategy, including development of promotional strategies, messaging, and global content deliverables in collaboration with relevant disease, cross‑functional and regional teams.
• Oversee AOR and manage launch planning process for sac‑TMT in breast, ensuring cross‑functional and cross‑geographic coordination.
• Plan SL engagement and congress strategy for initial launch indications in coordination with relevant disease teams and broader sac‑T‑MT asset planning work streams.
• Track data analytics and performance metrics for initial launch indications in close coordination with the sac‑T‑MT analytics team.
• Coordinate precision medicine team on BMx strategy scenario plans and lead the launch GCT for sac‑T‑MT for Breast indications.
• Prepare for launch readiness and oversee governance discussions related to the initial launches of sac‑T‑MT.

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 10+ years of pharmaceutical business experience – marketing, sales, market access & pricing, or related experience.
• Understanding of healthcare trends, reimbursement and policy issues and their impact on business opportunities.
• Experience leading strategy development and implementation.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive forward key initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills within commercial and cross‑divisional teams.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate messages across the enterprise and to leadership.
• Ability to work within complex organizations and markets, leading sub‑teams and influencing without authority.
Preferred:
• Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA).
• Global Marketing experience with regional/local marketing experience.
• Launch experience.
• Oncology experience.
This position requires approximately 10‑15% travel, including some weekends.
