Job Description
Global Access Insights Director, Oncology
Seeking a highly motivated, strategic leader to design and deliver integrated market access insights across our oncology portfolio, leveraging market research, advanced analytics, predictive modeling and emerging technologies to inform global access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a strategic partner to global oncology market access and pricing teams, identifying and framing key business questions.
• Develop integrated research and analytics plans that inform global access strategies and translate insights into executive‑ready narratives.
• Utilize large language models, agentic AI, and other emerging technologies to support data‑driven decision making.
• Integrate primary, secondary, and external data sources and build ex‑US predictive models for pricing, access, and reimbursement scenarios.
• Deliver actionable insights across descriptive, comparative, predictive, and technology‑enabled domains of the Global Access Insights Framework.
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams worldwide, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Drive agile delivery and high‑quality insight generation in a fast‑evolving environment.
Required Education
• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline (required).
• MBA or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business, Statistics, Policy, or a related field (preferred).
Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 8 years of delivery of complex insight projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including at least 5 years in market access and 5+ years focused on oncology.
• Strong understanding of the global pharma landscape and oncology access dynamics (US, EU, CN, JP).
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and communicating findings to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to decompose business questions into tangible hypotheses and requirements, and to apply data‑oriented analytical methods.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to create structure and clarity in an unstructured environment.
Preferred Experience
• Predictive modeling and scenario analysis expertise.
• Experience with external pricing or market access platforms such as Navlin.
• Experience applying AI or digital tools to insight generation and monitoring.

Work Environment & Travel
• Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA and Rahway, NJ. Required to be on site 3 days a week.
• Travel up to approximately 20% (primarily within the US).
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: $173,200.00–$272,600.00. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive if applicable. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate and sick days.
