What You'll Do



Part-Time Weekdays and every other weekend 3p-7p





- Help an individual live his best life - at home and in the community
- Provide reminders and prompts for personal care and hygiene
- Encourage and support healthy eating habits
- Foster an active lifestyle, engaging in physical activities and car rides
- Follow support plan and detailed protocols
