Your Responsibilities
The Digital Health Consultant serves as a strategic advisor to digital health vendors, point solution providers, and healthcare innovators seeking to strengthen their value proposition, market positioning, consultant engagement strategy, and employer market adoption. This role partners closely with Lockton's Precision Health and Partner Intelligence teams to provide market insights, consulting support, and actionable recommendations that help organizations develop and deliver clinically credible, commercially compelling solutions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of employer benefits, healthcare consulting, population health, and digital health innovation. They are skilled at translating employer needs, consultant perspectives, market trends, and competitive intelligence into practical strategies that drive growth, differentiation, and measurable value for vendor partners. Key Responsibilities
Vendor Consulting & Advisory
• Serve as a strategic advisor to digital health vendors, point solutions, and healthcare technology organizations.
• Consult with vendor leaders on employer market trends, consultant expectations, and benefit strategy priorities.
• Provide guidance on solution positioning, value proposition development, and competitive differentiation.
• Deliver market intelligence and insights to help partners refine growth and commercialization strategies.
• Conduct assessments of product offerings, service models, and employer value drivers.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions with vendor stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Support vendor readiness for employer and consultant engagement.
• Translate complex healthcare, clinical, and market dynamics into clear and practical recommendations for executive decision makers.
Digital Health Strategy

• Ability to synthesize market intelligence and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating across commercial, clinical, operational, and product teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
