## Role Summary

The Digital Catalog & SEO Manager will lead paid search and product-catalog strategies to drive discoverability and conversions for Auto. Nation’s parts e-commerce business.

This role manages paid search campaigns, catalog data and content optimization, and cross-channel alignment (including generative AI search) to improve funnel performance from impressions to completed transactions.

## Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage paid search campaigns for OE and AM parts across Google and Bing

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI

- Evaluate paid search impact on unpaid channel sessions and adjust strategies to protect and grow organic performance

- Lead catalog management: ensure product data accuracy, categorization, and content optimization to improve discoverability and sales

- Design and implement catalog, product, and site search enhancements using existing platforms and datasets

- Implement interlinking and content strategies to capture traffic from generative AI search and other emerging channels

- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for catalog updates, campaign launches, and process improvements

- Adhere to company policies and demonstrate behaviors aligned with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values

## Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing paid search marketing campaigns

- Proficiency with Google Ads and Bing Ads management

- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and strong analytical skills

- Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis

- Eligibility to meet company employment requirements (background checks, etc.)

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with e-commerce catalog management and product feed optimization

- Familiarity with SEO, site search optimization, and content scalability

- Experience applying strategies for generative AI search and cross-channel attribution

- Certifications such as Google Ads and Google Analytics are a plus

- Experience collaborating across SEM, SEO, customer fulfillment, and marketing teams
