Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Inspired Dentistry.

Reliability is extremely important to us. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, follows through on their commitments, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and understands that being present and consistent is essential to both our patients and our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify insurance benefits, coverage, and copays for upcoming appointments.
- Contact patients when insurance information needs to be updated or clarified.
- Communicate estimated out-of-pocket costs with patients before their appointments so there are no surprises.
- Present treatment plans after they have been reviewed by the clinical team and answer patient questions.
- Enter treatment plans accurately as directed.
- Answer patient questions regarding account balances, insurance, and treatment costs.
- Help with scheduling and answering phones as part of our team-based approach.
- Jump in where needed to support the team and provide a great patient experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dental admin experience required
- Dentrix experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Compassionate and confident when speaking with patients
- Strong follow-through and teamwork
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
