Role Description The Dental Assistant role at Limited to Endodontics is a full-time, on-site position based in Medford, MA. The Dental Assistant supports endodontists chairside during procedures, prepares and organizes treatment rooms, and ensures all instruments and materials are ready for use. Daily responsibilities include assisting with patient intake, updating charts, reviewing medical histories, and providing clear pre- and post-treatment instructions. The role also involves sterilizing and maintaining instruments, managing radiographs and digital imaging, and helping with scheduling, documentation, and inventory of clinical supplies. The Dental Assistant collaborates with the clinical and front-desk teams to promote smooth patient flow and a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications



- Candidates should possess strong skills in Dental Assisting and Dentistry to support endodontic procedures and chairside care.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Dental Care and Oral Care to educate patients and assist with treatment planning and follow-up.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Sterilization practices to maintain a safe, compliant clinical environment and properly manage instruments and equipment.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow clinical protocols accurately.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with patients, clinicians, and team members.
- Candidates should possess competency with basic computer and dental software systems; experience with digital imaging is beneficial.
- Candidates should possess a valid Dental Assistant certification or license as required by Massachusetts regulations; prior endodontic or specialty practice experience is preferred.
