New York Mills, NY Cytotechnologist ($28.68-$49.74)\n We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cytotechnologist to join our team in New York Mills, NY. This role does not sponsor candidates and offers a competitive salary range of $28.68 to $49.74 per hour.
Responsibilities:\n \n • Examine and analyze cell samples for abnormalities or cancerous cells
\n • Prepare and stain slides for microscopical examination
\n • Maintain accurate records of all tests performed
\n • Communicate results effectively with healthcare providers
\n • Follow all safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines
\n Requirements:\n \n • Bachelor's degree in Cytotechnology or related field
\n • Certification as a Cytotechnologist (CT) by ASCP or equivalent and NY state license
\n • 2+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
\n • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
\n • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
