Cytotechnologist
A healthcare organization is seeking a Cytotechnologist to join their laboratory team on a full-time permanent basis.
Position Details:
• Full-time permanent position
• Day, evening, or rotating shift opportunities may be available

Responsibilities:
• Examine and evaluate cytology specimens for abnormal cellular changes
• Screen gynecological and non-gynecological specimens
• Prepare and stain cytology slides according to laboratory protocols
• Accurately document findings and maintain laboratory records
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality assurance and safety standards
• Collaborate with pathologists and healthcare providers to support accurate diagnoses
Requirements:
• CT (ASCP) certification preferred or required for many positions
• Bachelor’s degree in Cytotechnology or related laboratory science field
• Previous cytology experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced laboratory setting
