Take the next step in your cytology career with this exciting opportunity! This full-time, Monday–Friday daytime position reports to the Supervisor of the Cytology Laboratory and plays a vital role in patient care. Be at the forefront of diagnosing benign and malignant conditions by performing a full range of cytologic tests to detect cancer, infections, and other cellular abnormalities.

Your expertise will help ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations, directly supporting the medical staff in delivering the highest quality care.

Responsibilities include screening gynecologic, non-gynecologic, and fine needle aspiration (FNA) specimens for cancer, infectious processes, and other cellular abnormalities. Additionally, this role provides assistance during FNA/small biopsy procedures and performs rapid on-site adequacy evaluation (ROSE) for endoscopic procedures as well as patient clinic FNA procedures.QualificationsYour qualifications should include: Bachelors Degree in a scientific or medical field - Graduate of ASCP approved cytotechnologist program. Three to five years in a cytology lab as a certified cytotechnologist.
