We are looking for a highly skilled Cytotechnologist to join our rapidly growing team!

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing screening of various types of cytology samples, but predominantly thin prep urine samples. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cytopathology, experience in urine cytology, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare slides for microscopic examination (i.e. Thin Prep and Pap stain).

• Screen urine specimens as well as GYN specimens.

• Perform quality control procedures to ensure accuracy of results.

• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.

• Participate in continuing education programs.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• CT (ASCP)

• Active Florida license

• Must meet the CAP/CLIA standards for a practicing cytotechnologist

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
