You'll become part of a highly collaborative multidisciplinary cancer team supported by oncology nurse navigators, infusion services, certified oncology nurses, and specialty tumor boards. Position Highlights

• Newly created Complex Surgical Oncology position with immediate patient demand
• Monday-Friday schedule with standard 8:00 AM-5:00 PM clinic hours
• Balanced practice featuring 2 clinic days and 2-3 operating days each week
• Average clinic volume of 15 patients per day
• Perform approximately 5-7 surgical cases per operating day with significant growth potential
• Optional General Surgery call available 3-4 days per month but not required
• Practice within an established Commission on Cancer-accredited multidisciplinary oncology program
• Based at a 500-bed tertiary care hospital with a dedicated inpatient oncology unit and outpatient infusion center
• Comprehensive oncology support including dedicated nurse navigators, certified oncology nurses, infusion services, and streamlined patient navigation
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards alongside Medical Oncology, Breast Surgery, GI Surgery, Radiation Oncology, and other specialty teams
• Strong referral network with substantial unmet community need and long-term growth opportunity
