Job Description
Gentiva's SouthernCare New Beacon Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead patient care in the home setting, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate hospice services. You will perform assessments, manage symptoms, educate families, and ensure meticulous documentation while maintaining quality standards.
Ideal candidates have 1 year RN experience, hospice or palliative care preferred, and an active RN license in the state of employment.
