Position Overview





As an Marketing Communications Associate, you will represent client campaigns directly to customers while learning the fundamentals of:





• Brand marketing and promotional strategy

• Sales and customer acquisition

• Client relations and campaign management

• Leadership and team development

• Public speaking and communication

• Customer retention and brand awareness





No previous experience is required. We provide hands-on training and mentorship from day one.





Responsibilities





• Represent client brands professionally at events and campaigns

• Engage with customers and answer general questions

• Assist with promotional marketing initiatives

• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts

• Participate in daily team meetings and mentorship sessions

• Help maintain a positive and professional brand image

• Learn leadership and campaign management skills
