If you have experience with insurance billing, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a detail-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do Submit commercial insurance claims accurately and on time through the appropriate clearinghouse. Review authorizations, eligibility, and supporting documentation to ensure claims are complete and compliant. Monitor claim status and reimbursement to ensure timely payment. Research, correct, and resubmit denied or rejected claims. Process denial and reconsideration requests as needed. Post commercial insurance payments accurately to patient accounts. Reconcile payments with billing records and investigate discrepancies. Work aging reports to identify outstanding balances and resolve unpaid claims. Maintain accurate billing documentation and records. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing questions and payment issues. Stay current on payer requirements, contractual agreements, and billing regulations.
