CNO Analyst/Programmer

Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

Multiple Openings Junior to SME

We are seeking CNO Analysts/Programmers at the Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, and SME levels to support the development and implementation of Computer Network Operations (CNO) tools and applications.





What You’ll Do


- Develop software for CNO applications.
- Design and develop end-to-end data flows and tasking for CNO tools.
- Write and maintain code throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and presentations.
- Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
- Support technical reviews and formal software development activities.
- Senior-level candidates will also develop packet-level network programs and work with network socket programming and IP/TCP/application-layer protocols.






Basic Qualifications


- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
- Strong proficiency in C and/or C++ preferred.
- Proficiency in one or more of:
- C
- C++
- Assembly
- Java
- Perl
- Python
- Experience or education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation and participate in software reviews.






Senior/SME Qualifications


- Experience programming with CNO tools and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of network socket programming.
- Experience with packet-level IP, TCP, and application-layer protocols.
- Ability to develop end-to-end data flows and tasking for CNO tools.






Experience Levels


- Junior: No experience required with a bachelor's degree; 4 years with a high school diploma.
- Mid-Level: 2–8 years depending on education.
- Senior: 6–12 years depending on education.
- SME: 8–16+ years depending on education.






Important: The Full Scope Polygraph must have been conducted in
Maryland by the Fort Meade customer.
