We are actively hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a
CNA position in California. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs seeking

Position Details

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, no rotating schedules, set 5 days of work, and 2 days off

Pay: Competitive travel CNA compensation (discussed during interview)

Payroll: Weekly direct deposit




Qualifications

-
Active and unrestricted California CNA license (hard copy required)


-
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in acute, med/surg, or long-term care settings

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association required)

Valid Driver’s License or Passport

Strong patient care, observation, and documentation skills


-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills


-
Must not require time off in the first 6 months of the contract

Able to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen


-
Must have reliable transportation to drive to work

Up-to-date vaccinations or documentation status; must be willing to get a booster if needed




Responsibilities

-
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility assistance, and hygiene support

Monitor and document the patient's vital signs and overall condition


-
Report changes in patient status promptly to nursing staff or supervisors


-
Assist with patient comfort, safety, and well-being


-
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team


-
Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and HIPAA regulations
