Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) – Oncology | Phase 1 | Remote (PST Hours)

We're partnering with a small, start-up biotech to hire an experienced Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to lead early-phase oncology studies
. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands‑on CTM who thrives in a lean biotech environment and enjoys taking true study‑level ownership
.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the Study Lead for assigned clinical trials, owning day‑to‑day trial execution
• Oversee CROs and vendors, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence
• Partner closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Data Management, and Safety
• Support study start‑up through close‑out, with a focus on early‑phase oncology trials
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (advanced degree a plus)
• 5+ years of clinical operations experience
• 2+ years of hands‑on Study Lead experience
• Strong experience in small biotech environments
• Phase 1 experience is needed

Oncology clinical trial experience required
• CRO experience plus small biotech experience is highly desirable
• Ability to work remotely while aligning to PST hours
