Clinical Study Manager (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your clinical operations expertise could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare research? We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to support the operational execution of clinical trials — while contributing to cutting-edge AI projects that are transforming how medical knowledge is built and applied.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned clinical research professionals who know how to keep complex trials running smoothly across timelines, budgets, and vendors.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and on budget
- Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
- Coordinate with CROs, clinical sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality study execution
- Identify operational risks early and resolve issues before they impact study delivery
- Keep stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the full trial lifecycle
- Apply your real-world clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content in the clinical research domain
Who You Are
- Experienced clinical trial project manager with a strong track record managing budgets, timelines, and vendors
- Skilled at coordinating across CROs, external research partners, and multi-disciplinary internal teams
- Able to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of quality or deadlines
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a remote environment
- Clear and effective communicator — written and verbal
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with clinical data standards or electronic data capture (EDC) systems
- Background in regulatory affairs, clinical operations, or medical research
