Clinical Service Navigator (Thoracic Oncology Nurse)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p, No holidays, call, or weekends
• Location: Forsyth Medical Center
• Department: Cancer Center
Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Service Navigator to serve as the primary point of contact for lung cancer patients. The Thoracic Oncology Nurse coordinates patient care by guiding patients through treatment plans and follow-up needs. This role provides education, support, and resource navigation while ensuring seamless communication and timely documentation.

What We're Looking For
• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• Experience: Three to five years of nursing experience, required. • Two years of experience in care of targeted patient population; experience in a broad range of clinical situations or settings, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: RN, required.
• Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
