Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

About the Opportunity

A growing clinical research site is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join their team. This role manages the day to day operations of clinical trials, including participant recruitment, visit coordination, and regulatory compliance in accordance with ICH GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate clinical trial activities in accordance with study protocols, FDA regulations, and ICH GCP guidelines
• Recruit, screen, and schedule trial participants
• Guide participants through the informed consent process and answer study related questions
• Perform basic clinical procedures such as phlebotomy, vitals, and EKGs
• Enter and manage data in the EDC system and resolve data queries
• Maintain regulatory documents, trial logs, and participant charts
• Manage adverse event and deviation reporting
• Coordinate participant payments and maintain study supply inventory
• Support monitoring visits and resolve issues as needed
• Communicate effectively with participants, sponsors, CROs, and vendors

Requirements
• A degree in health sciences preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 2 years of CRC experience in a direct patient care setting
• Working knowledge of GCP, IATA, and FDA regulations for clinical trials
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience performing clinical procedures such as phlebotomy, vitals, and ECGs
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
