Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure protocol adherence and GCP compliance.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with investigators and site personnel.
• Monitor patient safety and data integrity throughout the trial process.
• Provide training and support to site staff as needed.
• Travel is required for site visits, approximately 60-80% of the time.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience, with a preference for oncology specialization.
