Job Description
Role: Clinical Research Associate II specializing in Oncology monitoring.
Responsibilities Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
Ensure protocol adherence, data integrity, and patient safety.
Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate study progress.
Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain high-quality data.
Assist in preparing and reviewing study documentation, including protocols and reports.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
At least 2 years of clinical trial monitoring experience, specifically in Oncology.
Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel (~60%).
