- Coordinate enrollment, study visits, and follow-up care for patients in various therapeutic areas.
- Act as the primary CRC for complex protocols and patient populations.
- Participate actively in internal and external quality audits.
- Train new research assistants and Clinical Research Coordinators.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions and uphold the organization’s mission and values.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, legal requirements, and standards. **Experience Required:** - Minimum of 5 years in a clinical research setting with direct patient management.
- Must have EPIC experience and strong computer skills (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel).
- Spanish/Korean speaking skills are a plus.
