Clinical Project Manager II – Gynecologic Malignancies (Gynecologic Oncology)
Location: Sponsor Dedicated / Remote – US
Summary
Support and lead the operational conduct of clinical trials focused on gynecologic malignancies. Manage day‑to‑day trial activities, coordinate study teams, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple studies.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Study Lead and cross‑functional study team in day‑to‑day clinical trial operations.
Coordinate Clinical Trial Team meetings and minutes.
Plan and track clinical supplies, lab specimens, imaging data, study status, and closeout activities.
Track and manage study timelines using project management tools.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners including investigative sites, vendors, and committees.
Support achievement of study milestones and clinical objectives.
Lead smaller or limited‑scope studies as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical/clinical drug development experience within last 5 years (e.g., biopharma, CRO, SMO, hospital, clinical research site).
Clinical Project Management experience in Oncology.
Direct experience supporting gynecologic malignancy clinical trials.
Vendor management experience.
Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good understanding of ICH‑GCP and clinical research processes.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
Required Therapeutic Area Experience
Direct clinical trial experience supporting one or more of the following gynecologic malignancies: ovarian, cervical, endometrial (uterine), uterine sarcoma, vaginal, vulvar, fallopian tube, primary peritoneal cancers.
Preferred Qualifications
Phase II–III clinical trial experience.
Experience supporting multiple gynecologic malignancy indications.
Exposure to MS Project or similar project management tools.
Familiarity with systems such as CTMS/eTMF (e.g., Veeva Vault) and IRT/IVRS platforms.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality, compliance, and execution.
Strong collaboration skills within cross‑functional and global teams.
Education

Plus 2+ years of clinical trial project management experience.
