JOB DESCRIPTION:
Medical Center in North Carolina is seeking a BC/BE an exceptional, collaborative physician leader to join their program as the Leader for Oncology/Hematology in the surrounding region. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience as a physician leader and continued formal development as a leader is encouraged while in this role. The program is designed to promote disease sub-specialization with team based multi-disciplinary care. We enjoy close collaboration with heart and vascular, neurology, and surgical institutes. Additionally, we have a growing FACT accredited cellular therapy program.

Opportunity Highlights:
Cancer Institute includes over 100 specialists in 30+ locations across the state
This role will involve administrative (.5 FTE) and clinical (.5 FTE) duties
Responsible for the quality/safety/patient experience/financial/growth/strategy objectives of the market while working with an administrative dyad partner
Lead a group of 50+ providers at 9 clinic locations and collaborates with the market leadership and administration of 5 hospitals in the region
