Clinical Pharmacist Qualifications:
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited program.
• Active pharmacist license in Wisconsin, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
