Position: Clinical Oncology Research Leader - Phases I-IV Trials
Jackson Physician Search is assisting a health system in central Illinois to recruit a mission-driven Medical Oncology physician. This role supports a patient-first program with the option to add a benign hematology focus and develop a subspecialty clinic weekly.
The position offers a highly competitive base salary of $600,000–$650,000 with wRVU incentives, robust benefits including medical/dental/vision, relocation support, CME funds, generous PTO, and H1B sponsorship.
