Role Overview: Provides direct RN patient care in an outpatient setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participates in promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication across care continuum.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Maintains safety awareness as this is a safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Licensure: RN license required.
• Experience: No experience necessary; 2+ years preferred. Infusion experience is a plus.
