Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Oncology

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an Oncology Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. In this role, you'll administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, monitor complex treatment responses, and provide education and emotional support to patients and families. Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients across treatment continuum.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive medications safely per protocols.
• Monitor and document patient status, symptoms, and treatment responses; escalate concerns promptly.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, side effects, and self-care.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Advocate for patient comfort, symptom management, and psychosocial support.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and chemotherapy handling standards.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
