Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Oncology

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks an Oncology Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to oncology patients. In this role, you'll administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, monitor for side effects, and provide education and support to patients and families throughout the treatment journey. You'll collaborate closely with oncologists and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate safe, high-quality care, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and adhere to oncology safety and infection-control standards. Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients across treatment cycles
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive medications per protocol
• Monitor patients for side effects, complications, and treatment response
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and symptom management
• Collaborate with oncologists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
• Adhere to oncology safety standards, including handling of hazardous drugs
• Advocate for patient needs and support psychosocial well-being
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
