Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Oncology

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a compassionate Oncology Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing cancer treatment in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, monitor patient responses, manage symptoms, and educate patients and families. You'll collaborate with oncologists and an interdisciplinary team while maintaining accurate documentation and following rigorous safety standards. Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients across the treatment continuum.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive infusions following safety and handling protocols.
• Monitor patients for treatment responses and adverse reactions, intervening and escalating as needed.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, side effects, and symptom management.
• Collaborate closely with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and treatment documentation.
• Adhere to infection control, medication safety, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in care conferences, quality improvement, and best-practice initiatives.
