Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Oncology

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks an Oncology Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to oncology patients across diverse healthcare settings. In this role, you'll assess patients, administer chemotherapy and related therapies, manage symptoms, and monitor for treatment responses and adverse reactions. You'll collaborate closely with oncologists and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate EHR documentation. Responsibilities
• Deliver evidence-based oncology nursing care including chemotherapy administration and symptom management.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for oncology patients.
• Monitor patients for treatment response and adverse reactions, intervening promptly as needed.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, side effects, and self-care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards within the healthcare facility.
• Participate in care conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education.
• Advocate for patient needs, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care.
