Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Oncology

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks an Oncology Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. In this role, you'll administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, manage infusions and central lines, monitor patient responses, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and symptom management. You'll collaborate closely with oncologists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and respond to oncologic emergencies. Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients across treatment cycles
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive infusions per provider orders and safety protocols
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, treatment responses, and side effects
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, symptom management, and medications
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Manage central lines, ports, and infusion devices, following infection prevention standards
• Respond to oncologic emergencies and escalate changes in condition promptly
• Advocate for patients, supporting psychosocial needs and shared decision-making
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and follow regulatory and facility policies
• Participate in quality improvement, continuing education, and adherence to oncology best practices
