Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Oncology

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks an Oncology Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. In this on-site role within Healthcare & Medical Services, you'll administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, manage central lines, monitor complex symptoms, and educate patients and families. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure safety. Responsibilities
• Provide direct oncology nursing care to adult patients across the treatment continuum.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, blood products, and supportive medications safely.
• Monitor and assess patients for treatment response, side effects, and complications.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, side effects, and self-care.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow evidence-based oncology nursing protocols.
• Advocate for patients, ensuring compassionate, culturally sensitive, and ethical care.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and professional development.
