Job Description
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate Oncology Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing cancer treatment within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide comprehensive oncology nursing care, safely administer chemotherapy and related therapies, and closely monitor patient responses. You'll collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and support symptom and pain management.

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients across the continuum of care.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive treatments safely per protocols.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, side effects, and self-care.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Advocate for patient needs, pain management, and symptom control.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and follow regulatory and facility policies.
• Follow infection control, safety, and oncology-specific best practices.
• Participate in quality improvement, staff meetings, and continuing education.
