- Assist with quality and process improvements, SOP development, audits, inspections, training, and departmental initiatives.
- Handle and dispose of biological specimens safely while complying with applicable laboratory regulations and PPE requirements.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
