Clinical Investigator, PA Or NP - Psychiatry

Role Description The Clinical Trial Investigator is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, NC. This position is responsible for seeing participants enrolled in clinical trials, including assessing participant eligibility, obtaining informed consent, and providing ongoing medical oversight throughout the study. The Investigator will review and interpret study protocols, ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards, and document clinical findings accurately in study records. Daily tasks include collaborating with research coordinators and site staff, monitoring participant safety, managing adverse event reporting, and communicating with sponsors and CROs to support trial progress. The role also involves contributing to data quality, attending investigator meetings, and supporting continuous improvement of site operations.

Qualifications


- Candidates should possess strong skills in Medicine and Clinical Trials.
- Licensed medical professional (e.g., MD, DO, PA-C, or NP) eligible to practice in North Carolina.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for working with participants, site staff, sponsors, and CROs.
- Significant experience in Psychiatry practice is preferred. Will be working with; MDD, Anxiety, Bipolar, etc.


Compensation


- Highly variable depending on license, education, and credentials.
- Typical Range for PA-C or NP would be $110,000-$130,000.
