Clinical Director BCBA

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead clinical operations at our
Atlanta, GA location. The Clinical Director will oversee the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, ensure clinical excellence, support staff development, and maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards. This role is ideal for a passionate clinical leader who is committed to improving the lives of children with autism and supporting families through evidence-based treatment.





Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Oversight


- Provide clinical direction and leadership for ABA therapy programs and services.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure services are delivered according to ABA best practices, ethical guidelines, and organizational standards.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Support a culture of compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning.






Team Management & Development


- Supervise and mentor Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and clinical team members.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to clinical staff.
- Lead clinical meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical team members.






Client & Family Support


- Ensure high-quality care delivery for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
- Collaborate with families to address treatment goals, progress, and concerns.
- Maintain strong communication with caregivers, schools, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote family involvement and caregiver training.






Compliance & Operations


- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support audit readiness.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to improve clinic performance and service delivery.
- Assist with developing and maintaining clinical policies and procedures.






Qualifications

Required Qualifications


- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Active state licensure (if applicable).
- Minimum of 3+ years of ABA clinical experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience managing or leading a team of clinical professionals.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and treatment methodologies.






Preferred Qualifications


- Experience as a Clinical Director, Program Director, or similar leadership role.
- Experience working in a center-based ABA setting.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
