Role Overview:

This position involves providing high-quality nursing care within a patient-centered environment. The registered nurse collaborates with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and compliance with standards. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, advocating for patient needs and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assisting with care plans and taking appropriate actions to promote outcomes.
• Deliver safe, effective care according to policies, maintaining thorough documentation.
• Address patient and family concerns, providing education and fostering a positive care experience.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor and support fellow nurses, promoting a collaborative and professional work environment.
• Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and ethical standards, contributing to shared governance and organizational success.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current nursing license (RN), with multi-state or single-state licensure as applicable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
