Clinic Manager

As a single-site practice with ambitious growth plans, we offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wants to take real ownership of our clinic's day-to-day running and grow alongside the business.

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and versatile Clinic Manager with solid experience in the healthcare sector to manage and streamline our clinic operations. While traditional front-desk receptionist tasks are currently light, this pivotal leadership role focuses heavily on CQC compliance, operational efficiency, customer relations management, marketing, and business growth. You will be the operational backbone of the clinic, driving service excellence, maintaining high regulatory standards, and actively contributing to our growth.

Essential:


- Healthcare Sector Experience: Background in private medical healthcare, general practice, or clinical administration.
- Clinic/Service Management: Proven experience managing a clinic, medical practice, or healthcare service.
- Drive & Enthusiasm: An enthusiastic, self-motivated approach, demonstrating initiative and problem solving, with a strong desire to take ownership over tasks and help build an expanding clinic.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic, patient-focused manner


Desirable:


- CQC & Compliance Knowledge: Experience with CQC standards, non-clinical audits, and governance frameworks.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM platforms, practice management software, and social media tools.
- Hands-on content creation skills for social media platforms.
- Experience launching operational workflows in a new or growing business setting.
