Client Operations Associate

Boston, MA Hybrid – 3 days in office



$80K–$90K, Outstanding Benefits and PTO



We are excited to be representing a highly respected firm seeking a Client Operations Associate to join their growing team.



This is a hands-on client service and operations role for someone who is proactive, curious, responsive, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with Relationship Managers and collaborate across the firm, gaining exposure to client service, portfolio reporting, accounting, and investment operations.



What You’ll Do





- Assist with monthly portfolio reporting
- Maintain portfolio reporting and CRM systems
- Process account openings and ongoing account maintenance
- Handle client bill pay and investment-related money movement
- Reconcile client bank, brokerage, and investment accounts
- Respond to requests from clients, custodians, fund managers, and service providers
- Manage a high volume of communications and ensure timely follow-through
- Support Relationship Managers and collaborate with Investment and Tax & Estate Planning teams
- Assist with special projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency





What We’re Looking For





- 2–4 years of experience in private client operations, middle office, fund accounting, banking, insurance, custodial services, RIA, or a similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of urgency
- Intellectually curious and eager to learn
- Highly responsive, dependable, and flexible
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine client-service mindset
