CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Las Vegas Valley – Multiple Locations

Travel Required: Yes – Regular local travel between facilities

Reports To: Owner/CEO & Medical Director

Supervises: Administrators, Clinic Managers, Department Managers, and other designated operational leadership





We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Healthcare Administrator to provide overall operational and administrative leadership for a multi-location healthcare organization that includes outpatient medical clinics and an ambulatory surgery center.





The COO/Administrator will work closely with ownership, the Medical Director, providers, facility leadership, clinic managers, and department managers to oversee staffing, compliance, financial performance, patient flow, policies and procedures, quality initiatives, credentialing, payer-related operations, and overall organizational performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Services Administration, Management, or a related field.






PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or related field.
- Previous COO, Administrator, Executive Director, Regional Administrator, or comparable senior healthcare leadership experience.
- Experience overseeing multi-location medical practice.
- Experience with ambulatory surgery center operations.






SCHEDULE & TRAVEL

This is an on-site leadership position requiring regular presence throughout the organization's facilities.

The COO/Administrator must be willing and able to travel between designated locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley. The individual must maintain sufficient scheduling flexibility to respond to urgent operational, staffing, regulatory, or facility matters as necessary.
