Role: Provides direct nursing care, coordinates patient care delivery, and addresses operational issues during shifts.

Responsibilities: Ensures quality care for patients across all ages, communicates patient and staff concerns, and serves as a resource for staff guidance.

Qualifications: Must have a nursing program diploma, a valid Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC license, and BLS certification.

Experience & Skills: At least one year of hospital nursing experience required; two or more years preferred. A bachelor's degree and advanced certifications are advantageous. Demonstrates clinical competency.
