About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Control Associate to support analytical testing and laboratory operations within a GMP biopharmaceutical environment. In this role, you will perform laboratory assays, maintain accurate GMP-compliant documentation, and contribute to quality control activities supporting biologics and cell therapy manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct analytical testing including Flow Cytometry, Cell Culture, Cell Counting, Sterility (BACT), Endotoxin (LAL), and Visual Inspection.
• Accurately record, review, and maintain laboratory data in compliance with GMP documentation standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of laboratory instruments, equipment, and work areas.
• Adhere to cGMP, cGDP, and established quality and laboratory procedures.
• Use LIMS, Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN), and other laboratory systems for sample management and data recording.
• Assist with laboratory investigations, equipment readiness, and process improvement initiatives to support efficient QC operations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or another related life sciences field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical or biotechnology laboratory.
• Practical experience performing Flow Cytometry, Cell Culture, Cell Counting, Sterility (BACT), Endotoxin (LAL), and Visual Inspection testing.
• Familiarity with LIMS, Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN), or similar laboratory information management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills in a regulated laboratory environment.

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)

Estimated hourly range: $35–$40/hr (W-2)
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
