Position: Cell Management Specialist
Location: Morris Plains, NJ (Onsite)
Shift timings: Tuesday - Saturday, 10 AM : 6:30 PM EST & Sunday to Thursday, 10 AM : 6:30 PM EST
Duration: 12+ Months (with possible extension)
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr. on W2 (Depending upon the experience)

:Summary
:The Cell Management Specialist is tasked with Apheresis Receipt, Final Product Packaging, Day 0 and Harvest transfers, Inventory Management, and other duties essential to support core functions
.
Key Responsibilitie
s:o Follow all area governing SOPs, WPs, and batch records with an emphasis on Right First-Time performan
ceo Ensure prompt and precise data ent
ryo Maintain compliance with training requiremen
tso Keep Manufacturing Support areas in an “audit ready” sta
teo Provide “flow to the work” support when needed/availab
leo Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance in accordance with governing SOP requiremen
tso Escalate and help reconcile any observed compliance or safety issu
eso Be proficient in various operating systems, such as LIMS, SAP, and M
ESo Support monthly and annual cycle coun
tso Participate in site/team projects and initiativ
eso Act according to Novartis Values and Behavio
rso Ensure accurate SAP/MES inventories for all componen
tso Properly segregate and store all conditioned materia

onso Ensure availability and accuracy of all materials and documentation to avoid impediments to daily activit
ies
Role Requireme
nts:o 1-3 years of related experience in a cGMP/FDA regulated industry; warehouse experience prefer
red.o High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree prefer
red.o Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills, along with problem-solving and follow-up abilit
ies.o Must be well organized, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervis
ion.o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., assis
ted.o Requires handling chemicals such as corrosives, solvents, and bio-hazardous mater
ial.
