- Manage a high-volume caseload (700–1,000 subrogation cases), analyzing data, documenting activity, and driving recovery outcomes through negotiation and resolution

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and government regulations related to the handling, storage, and sharing of PHI

- Communicate professionally with attorneys, insurance adjusters, providers, court personnel, clients, and beneficiaries to advance case resolution

- Prepare, review, and process case documentation (e.g., claims, liens, correspondence), including legal research and validation of case details

- Investigate and verify third-party liability, eligibility, probate, and financial information using multiple data sources

- Prioritize deadlines, resolve disputes, conduct follow-ups, and consistently meet productivity, quality, and customer service performance metrics






What We're Looking For



What We’re Looking For




- HS Diploma/GED Required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Experience in a legal office (paralegal or legal assistant) and/or in the insurance industry (casualty or health insurance) preferred.

- Knowledge of Medicaid and/or Medicare preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access preferred.

The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
